Describe the stage that failed and the displayed error category. Do not send an entire family tree, recovery code or payment details in an initial support message. Support does not have default access to customer books.

The export guide explains supported files and common problems. For a rejected file, try a fresh GEDCOM 5.5 or 5.5.1 UTF-8 export. For an oversized edition, narrow the branch or generation count. This service does not offer genealogy research or arbitrary dataset cleanup.
